Denim Fleur wanted to expand its existing greenhouse with 1.7 hectares of new construction. This new facility needed to be technically integrated both in water systems and climate control with the existing installations. Due to our long-standing relationship, Jeroen asked Stolze to submit a proposal that included a water technology plan, an electrical engineering plan, and a full LED lighting installation.
After a smooth preliminary phase, Stolze delivered and installed several systems: a new water unit, an expansion of the Priva climate computer, an Airmix system for ventilation and dehumidification, and a grow-light installation for the LED modules.
“Werner knows everything about it”
Construction began in 2023 and faced some delays due to heavy rainfall. This required considerable creativity and teamwork, especially regarding planning. During construction meetings, Stolze contributed ideas and collaborated effectively. Jeroen explains: “They brainstorm together to make sure everything fits perfectly. Project manager Werner knows everything about it. Every wire and every bolt you see was thought out in advance.”
High quality from day one
Jeroen Immerzeel shares that he is proud of the end result: “A beautiful greenhouse and chrysanthemums of high quality. While it can normally be challenging to achieve the desired quality in the first few cycles, Denim Fleur achieved high-quality chrysanthemums from day one.”
Service and maintenance
Although the project has been completed, Stolze remains in regular contact with Denim Fleur regarding maintenance of the older greenhouse areas, or the optimization of the lighting control, which is still being fine‑tuned. We don’t stop until everything functions perfectly. As usage insights grow and practical experience increases, additional improvement points naturally emerge along the way.

Water Technology Installation
The water unit was designed to supply both the new greenhouse and the existing one. The automatic tray filler ensures precise dosing of liquid fertilizers. This water-technical solution guarantees efficient irrigation and nutrient distribution.
Climate Technology
Ventilation system – Airmix by Van den Ende Group Greenhouse Fans
This system enables controlled ventilation and dehumidification of greenhouse air, even with closed screens, with the aim of achieving an optimal greenhouse climate. Stolze supplied and installed the full Airmix system.
Priva Climate Computer
To control the four new greenhouse sections within the same environment, the Priva climate computer was expanded and updated. The system regulates temperature, humidity, lighting and CO₂ levels in detail, ensuring a stable growing environment.
Grow Light Installation
We supplied the complete installation required to connect and control the LED fixtures. For this, we used the SLS Premium system and our in‑house‑built lighting panels. The prefab cable harnesses developed by Stolze ensure that installing grow lights inside the greenhouse is faster, more efficient, and more reliable.
The LED fixtures are dimmable via Priva and can be controlled through multiple channels, allowing for varied light recipes and intensities. The installed lighting system provides a light output of 200 micromoles.
