Fertilizer systems

Automatic tank filler for liquid fertilizers

Dosing fertilizers requires precision. A correct and stable dosage of the liquid fertilizers has a major influence on the quality of the crop and the cultivation production. This applies to outdoor cultivation, but also to crops under glass, in substrate or, for example, in water.

Dosing fertilizers correctly is time-consuming and requires accuracy to create a consistent recipe for your crop. An automatic tank filler takes this work off your hands and ensures accurate dosing at all times.

Dosing of solid fertilizers

Dosing of solid fertilizers works differently, but the importance of accuracy is just as great. The fertilizers are mixed manually with clean water in the A and B tanks, after which the mixture is transported to the injection unit or mixing tank unit. The grower then has the choice to irrigate directly from the injection unit or mixing tank unit, by means of the drippers or, for example, overhead sprinklers, or to fill the day supply tank to ensure the presence of a buffer quantity.

"Liquid fertilizers have a larger contact surface. They don't need to dissolve first. That's why plants absorb them easier than solid fertilizers."
