Malfunctions submitted on weekdays will be processed on business days. Malfunctions submitted at the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Do you have an urgent malfunction that can’t wait until then? You can count on our service department 24/7. Emergency malfunctions can be reported by phone via our service number.

With our customized service packages, we provide regular preventive maintenance, inspections and continuous support. In this way, you reduce damage, unplanned downtime and cost. This improves the continuity of our installations.
CustomiZed service
Stolze Services, offers you different service modules that you can chose from, based on your service needs. We perform periodic inspections in accordance with the latest regulations and requirements for your silo, new installations, electrical systems, grow lights and solar panels. We provide the periodic maintenance of your water control systems, weather station, CO2 meter, PAR sensors and E-measuring boxes. We take care of your annual Priva software update with Stolze Connected. And of course there is our support desk, which is always ready to resolve problems, both remotely and on site.
Continuity and innovation
We ensure continuity and innovation with three pillars: maintenance, inspection and consultancy. Maintenance includes periodic maintenance, Stolze Connected and our support desk. With these services, we guarantee the continuity of your installations, which contributes to optimal growth of the crop, the quality of your horticultural product and crop production. Our inspections cover Scope 8 (NEN3140), Scope 10 (NTA8220), grow lights and silos. Consultancy revolves around personal advice, support through our helpdesk, malfunction analysis and optimization analysis.
