The move to Honderdland is about to happen

The move to our new business premises is getting closer and closer and the building is now completely wind and watertight. This is important because the finishing and fitting out of the offices is in full swing. Construction is progressing according to plan and completion is scheduled for December 5 and so thereafter we can start the move.

Update of the construction work

The walls on the second floor are currently being finished with wallpaper and paint. The tiling and ceilings are finished and all of the sanitary appliances have been installed. This is followed by the first floor, where the walls are already in place. The walls are currently being placed on the ground floor along with the necessary electricity and data cabling.

The emergency stairs and the stairs from the canteen to the roof have been placed and will be followed by the other stairs. The main staircase at the entrance can only be placed once the high wall in the hall has been installed. This wall is 15.5 meters high!

The overhead and wall-mounted jib cranes as well as the LED light lines have been installed in the halls. At the moment, all of the industrial floors are coated with a layer of epoxy, which takes about three weeks in total. All of the solar panels have been installed on the roof and will be connected shortly.

Van Daalen is working on the last edges of paving phase 2. Phase 3, passing in front of the office, comes afterwards and as soon as the site huts can be removed, phase 4 starts, covering the visitor parking spaces and the front garden. The fences and sliding gates will be placed next week. All of the solar panels have been installed on the roof and will be connected shortly.
