Update coronavirus
Developments regarding the coronavirus are now occurring rapidly. We are paying close attention to developments and continue to act in accordance with the recommendations of the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM). This situation has consequences regarding continuity of our operations. We would like to inform you about them in this item.
Avoid meetings
To protect the health of employees and customers, we are asking all employees to avoid meetings insofar as possible. In the case of business and construction meetings, things should only go ahead if necessary. We are urging people to make more use of remote meetings, e.g. communication via Skype, mail or telephone. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this whenever and wherever possible.
Working from home
Until further notice, all Stolze employees are asked to work from home as much as possible. This could lead to communication being somewhat more difficult than you expect from us. However, our reception and service department are still staffed.
Delivery of materials
We are receiving messages from various suppliers about adjusted delivery times, travel bans, supply problems, etc. We have anticipated this situation as much as possible. We have built up stocks of products where scarcity is anticipated but, unfortunately, this stock is not inexhaustible. We therefore ask you to take longer delivery times into account and to let us know as early as possible if you need our products or services. This will help to ensure continuity of your projects and to avoid delays.
